Tajikistan’s leading telecom provider NETS has been named “Favorite Brand 2025” in the “Engine of Progress” category, recognizing its outstanding role in advancing the country's digital infrastructure and services.
The annual “Favorite Brand” awards celebrate companies that set benchmarks for quality, innovation, and customer trust. NETS’ recognition comes on the heels of a year marked by major achievements in network expansion, service innovation, and technological leadership.
In 2024, NETS significantly expanded its FTTH fiber-optic network across the country, bringing high-speed internet access to thousands of new users, including those in remote and underserved areas. This expansion has supported the growth of online education, digital services, and remote work opportunities.
In parallel, the company launched backbone communication lines based on DWDM technology, boosting network capacity and reliability for both private and corporate clients. The upgrade laid the groundwork for a more scalable and resilient telecom infrastructure.
NETS also undertook a comprehensive modernization of key components in its network, enhancing performance and reducing the risk of service interruptions, particularly during peak hours. These efforts have contributed to faster data transmission and improved service quality.
In the corporate segment, NETS introduced automation solutions developed in partnership with global tech companies. These tools have helped businesses optimize internal operations, reduce costs, and improve customer service.
The company also launched cloud-based video surveillance services, allowing users to monitor their homes and businesses remotely in real time. This addition broadened NETS' digital portfolio and addressed growing demand for home and workplace security.
NETS became the first provider in Tajikistan to offer a home internet plan with speeds of 50 Mbps, making high-speed access more widely available to consumers.
To enhance customer satisfaction, the company overhauled internal service processes, significantly cutting response times and improving user experience.
